Found this forum and thought I'd find a knowledgeable first line support here before sending the watch to an IWC service provider. I have a trustworthy service provider, but they didn't want to take the watch in for service (and risk anything), as they are not official IWC rep.
I really enjoy this 3350 with the pilot dial, but the misaligned bezel hurts my neurosis. Do you know how the bezel is attached to the case? Snap? Screw? Easy to align?
