3713 day wheel

I've recently managed to find a great 3713. Very happy with the watch which came in excellent condition, full papers and box.

However it has a german day wheel and as I'm a native english speaker I wondered if it is a good idea to get IWC to replace the day wheel. I believe they will do it but would it damage the integrity of the watch? I could always learn the days of the week in german ;-)

Personally I would leave it as it is and keep it original. Shouldn't be hard to learn the days in German and quite cool to have the German version anyways.
