Mark arranged a private canal boat ride complete with an open bar and snacks. I think we did some real damage to the beer supply. I will let the pictures tell their own story.
Andrew, unfortunately, had to catch a flight back to CH. He was dropped off at the dock as we continued our tour.
Steffi wanted that one last snack…she really wanted it.

At the moments I thought that the boat is sailing too fast. It was really problematic to try to look around, ask about what do we see, take pictures, talk to the friends and drink beer all at once :o) And then suddenly the cruise was over. I'm glad you guys have managed to take some pictures. Thanks for sharing them, Bill.
Oh yes, this was a fine trip - trying to balance the moving of the boat with a couple of beers and nice converstations ... ;-)

We were blessed by beautiful weather during the boat trip. Although the pace of the boat was a peaceful one, a lot happened: the stunning view of some parts of Amsterdam, the showing of watches, the conversation on a lot of topics, watch and non-watch related, the beer and cheese and bitterballen. The trip was over before we knew it. Great!
