A pleasant evening with two other collectors !

Earlier this evening, Felix, Erwin and myself had the privilege to attend a sister Richemont brand's masterclass dis-assembling and assembling a basic chronograph movement. Thanks Erwin for roping us in.

After the masterclass and before cocktails, we swung by a particular boutique most of us here should be familiar with,

where we were able to see a few wrist-beauties, including two I was trying on for the first time...

It was a great learning experience at the sister brand class. Thanks Erwin to set this up. I know why we need to pay that much money for the watch services now. LOL.

It was a bonus to see two new watches at Prince Building boutique. I'm still thinking the RG Portugese Handwound. It is an elegant watch.

The class focused to teach us how to dismantle and assemble the chronograph of a calibre 751. For me, I accomplished the challenge. But, whether the chronograph can work or not, I have no idea. Lol.

only with the help of the watch-maker :) i am in need of a steadier pair of hands and a larger amount of patience ! great & fun experience it was :)

Great fun it was, all I know is that Shing and Felix went home with a gown for watch-maker. Whether there was a movement hiding inside the pocket of the gown... I don't know. :-)

BTW, the Portuguese hand-wound boutique edition is very GEOGEROUS. Thanks Kimmi for hosting.
