Adjusting the Day setting on my Portofino

I recently received an IWC Portofino from my wife as a gift. I love the watch, but I have been unable to figure out how to change the day setting. I have no problem changing the time and date settings. Any help is appreciated.

Hello and welcome to the forum! Put the crown in the position to set the date and turn it the opposite way as to set the date.

Make sure you don't adjust date & time in the 'forbidden' time period between 20:00 and 04:00.
