    Dear IWC forum members,
I really like theses two watches and I think they both represent IWC icons in their respective domain: the air for the Doppelchronograph 3713 and the sea for the Aquatimer 3536. They are sharing many common features:
    - Year of birth: 1996 for the Doppelchronograph, 1998 for Aquatimer
    - Technical excellence: split second for the 3713, Titanium and water resistance (2000m) for the 3536
    - Same diameter: 42 mm
    - Bracelet technology: simply the best!
    - A functional black dial which takes its beauty from its simplicity
    - A nice sized crown, screwed, easy to grip, with no guards

Below are some pictures. Hope you like it.

    Fantastic, IWC classics!
I still appreciate that Doppel so much. One day I have to go out and get myself one of these.

A very nice pair demonstrating the extremes that IWCs are built for - way way up and way way down :-)

Excellent. Two very cool watches and nice pics too. I would love to add both to the collection in the future.

I don't know if the modérator has the possibility to replace 3706 by 3536 in the title. Thank you.

Hi Jeff, two truly iconic IWCs with pure design. I acquired the 3536 Ti in 2014 and sold it's modern sister for it, simply because the 'old' design is so much more appealing to me!

    Thanks for sharing.

Hi, as you can probably see, im new to the site. Im thinking of selling my 3536 for a spitfire. Not sure if anyone is interested.
I have thought about the online auction sites but with previous rolex and brietling sales,it has put me off.
    Just food for thought.
Its a SS and I have both straps.
    Thanks
