A disappointing outcome

when I was in Locarno the AD had told me that the person who had reserved the watch - had just changed his mind - for a Galapagos - but she should check again.
Therefore, after checking my AD's status yesterday, I called this morning to buy the watch - and even arranged a delivery to Basel - and then was disappointed to learn a half an hour ago that the AD had then given the original person a 2nd chance earlier today, but after my call, and he bought it.... Kind apologies were offered and, with some disappointment, accepted.

All is fair in love and watches.

So my search continues.....in an exciting way. All good things come to those who wait.....
