Another Tribute joins the family

On Wednesday, I received a call from The Toronto Boutique that my Tribute to MarkXI had arrived! This was at least a week earlier than I was expecting, so this was a very special surprise.

I was not able to make it to the Boutique until Saturday and finally that day arrived

Have you seen the Mark XVIII in titanium yet? I have no convenient way of seeing it in the metal, but keep thinking it must be a beauty.

From the pictures the titanium looks awesome! A hands-on would be cool but the next boutique is way to far for me :(

I must say that I gave some consideration to the Heritage Ti but the thought of waiting until end November was just too much! The Boutique actually gave me the option of ordering a Heritage, and if I didn't like it, they would then get me a Tribute, but in the end Tribute won. There is no way to see the Heritage unless the Boutiques order them in for a customer and that will only be end of November.

I hope our fellow forummer, Erwin, doesn't mind sharing this with you all... he took some pictures and put it on another forum.

I tried it on as well, but did not take any picture then, as it was still under embargo at the time...
