A month ago, I sent an email to Mr. Otten to know how was my order and he answered back with the same email address. I received a new email (the same as yours) yesterday and feel a bit uncomfortable giving all those infos, so I sent a new email to Mr. Ottten and all seem to fit quite OK.

If it can reassure you, I cross my finger and give the credit card number.
