Hi all. I had the pusher for my SS Aquatimer (3719) and my Ti Split Minute Chronograph (3723) fall off. It happened months apart.(Note) I cannot appreciate any trauma as I take very good care of them both. Just curious if this has happened to anyone else. Thank you in advance for any and all responses. Matthew.

I have not had problems like this. However, these problems are easily fixed. If you are near an AD with a decent service department they may be able to fix it quickly. If your watches are due for a service anyway this is the opportunity to get it done at the same time.

I've heard of 2 or 3 problems anecdotally like this.

While rare, since your models are several years old, IWC has revamped its testing and quality control procedures. There is now a machine which tests pushers many thousands of times. You can see it at
    www.iwc.com/forum/en/discussion/32063/?page=1#post_349747
and read the subequent article I wrote at
    www.iwc.com/en/experiences/the-test-of-time/

There are also new procedures to avoid these rare but annoying problems.
