Got my loverly new Big Pilots watch yesterday, stainless steel.

It is fab, only when i got home did i realise that i need to switch over teh straps to suit me, they are wrong way round for me wih clasp opening towards me.

ON going to collect it the store had a surprise for me, a white gold one with brown strap....WOW!!!

I found myself looking at it longingly, desperatly trying to work out how i could afford to buy it before sense came back to me, this is a watch to wear everyday and i never would feel relaxed with something that valuable on my wrist every day in all situations, but WOW....what a watch!!

I also thought that my stainless BP would be a watch to wear everyday, but the size makes it so it is not as easily managed as an everyday watch as I had thought. Not that it is too big; my wrists are large enough that it fits me quite well (clasp on third-to-last hole). It is just that I love it so much that I find myself wearing it protectively, overly concerned that I don't knock it into something or catch the crown on something else. I am, therefore, wearing it less often than I initially intended. However, it just makes it that much more enjoyable when I do put it on. Just looking at that dial makes me smile. Anyway, enjoy and congratulations!

    Big Pilots Watch

I actually like the ss version better - easier to read. The r/g version is especially beautiful

    Congratulations!

It's a really nice watch, unfortunately (luckily?) too big for my tiny wrists. Good thing there are plenty of other nice IWC watches on my wish list :-)

Enjoy your watch, wear it in good health and post some pictures if possible.

    Kind regards,

    Clemens

    Congratulations!

I have one BP and tiny wrist. I assure you it looks splendid.
I wear it everyday and I'm the happiest owner each time I look at the hour.
