I have a birthday wish for my birthday in January; hey, that's when SIHH will be. I know I'm planning early, but it's my birthday.
Anyway, my birthday wish is an FA Jones with a moonphase. Can this be done? I believe I heard that the new vintage Portifino movement will fit into an FA Jones case.
If that is correct, will my birthday wish come true?

I guess you better buy the Portofino then...
I am almost 100% sure that IWC would not make such a watch for your birthday.
Even if you buy a Portofino and a FA Jones, the switch would mean that the dial of the FA Jones has to be heavily modified, another big hurdle.

we can't help because...
...there are no leaks on new models. The Swiss watch industry --not just IWC-- treats new model planning a little like military secrets.
I will add that I know of no plans for your dream watch. Sorry.
