Bought an IWC Portuguese in NYC store but the warranty card says Miami

Hey I'm very new to the forum/watch collection and this is the first automatic watch i've owned.
So yesterday I bought this new Portuguese from IWC NYC flagship. This morning when I opened the box. first of all, the box was not glued very well so some part of it fell off.
Second, the international warranty card, it says the watch is from IWC Miami. Should I be worried?

Also, the warranty says the watch is from AD, not boutique.

It's doesn't sound to me that any of this will present a problem. However, why not call the Boutique and consider what they tell you?
