BP photo shoot in the 'polder'

Hi there,

This afternoon, I took the BP out for a photo shoot. Some of you probably remember some pictures of the St Ex Chrono and Port Auto with the windmills in the background.

Today, I took my BP to the same spot. The temperature was near the freezing point and the sun was setting very quickly so I had to hurry. I hope you like them!

Very nice...

...this watch is perfect in any picture!

High res version from # 6

Picture number 6 works great as desktop background with the watch at the right and plenty of room on the left for your icons.

Click on the image above for the 1920 x 1200 version. In that version, the watch is a bit more to the right with less sky as well.

These wide open skies allow for a huge watch

I tend to forget about the windmills when I see a beautiful watch. But hey, I am Dutch too. You make me want this watch too. How to put a hold on myself with all those desirable watches around? And I haven't even seen the new goodies.

How did you do that enlarging trick with nr. 6? Quite a picture to do that trick upon, by the way.

Hi Norbert,

As you can see from the time on the watch in the pictures, I didn't stay long! It was way too cold to hang around there. I just took plenty of pictures (just over 70) and kept about ten.

How did you do that enlarging trick with nr. 6? Quite a picture to do that trick upon, by the way.

The resolution from the camera is 3888 x 2592. I normally post pictures at 1024 wide. That leaves plenty of pixels to play with. The link you activate when you click the small image opens the larger one. Both use the same original image but are sized differently.
