Does someone have experience with the chrono button falling off?
I experienced today that one of the two buttons had fallen off...

It can happen, although it is rare. Take your IWC to your AD. They can look at the problem and send it to an IWC service center, if required. It's impossible for us to evaluate this kind of issue on the forum, so let your AD sort it out.
