It is great to see things back in their original form - although I must confess that I am a big fan of the steel bracelet. I will head off to the Caribbean next weekend - "working" but will have one full day of holiday to enjoy the Cancun beach in Mexico - so the rubber strap will be perfect for swimming. I will not be attempting a RAVE shot......sorry to disappoint.... Hope you like the following images illustrating the beautiful aesthetic design of the original Cousteau Divers. I already made a very small scratch at 6 o'clock which is quite empahsised in the photos - but I am not worried about. Its impressive how I can barely see it with the naked eye though.....

Highlighting also the impressive orange of the dial too.

But the shades of blue are so rich in tone - I am impressed.

Wrist shot with the original Cousteau blue rubber strap.

Collectors Meeting gifts from IWC - absolutely very generous as ever - I am not sure what the blue Aquatimer "bag" is for - perhaps for a swimmming costume ?

    Nice collection, Andrew

The watch is great, with strap or bracelet. I recognize most of the goodies, but the chocolates are gone here, I'm afraid to say. It took two to tango, though.

    Enjoy the plunge!

    Kind regards,
    Paul, wearing titan Inge Automatic

Very nice. Do the "extras" come with

    the watch?

IMHO, the most beautiful of the Cousteau Divers line. Great catch. And have a nice "séjour" in Cancun.

    Regards,
    Jean

    Very nice pictures!

That certainly is a great watch and the blue dial is stunning. There was one for sale just before the Collectors meeting and Norbert and I discussed that particular watch but when we got home, it was sold! I wonder if it will show up here on the Forum...

The Aquatimer bag we got in Schaffhausen is a 'Beach Pouch', at least that's what is written on the sticker on the cardboard box. I think you can put your wallet, watch, car keys and sunglasses in them.

In that case, you better make sure nobody takes it...

    Kind regards,

    Clemens
