I wish to endorse the positive comments regarding the professional customer service provided by Martin Alderson. My PPC was recently sent to the Richemont UK service centre to have the day and date synchronised. Seeking comfort that my precious timepiece was being properly looked after, I contacted Martin for a report on progress. From our conversation I felt he understood my somewhat irrational concerns, typical of IWC owners when parted from their precious timepiece, and he patiently explained the arrangements for examining and regulating my PPC and assured me it would be returned only once it had been checked and monitored and performing to the satisfaction of the skilled technician carrying out the work.
I am delighted to confirm the PPC is now back in its rightful place, on my wrist, and performing beautifully. Thanks to Martin and IWC from a satisfied customer.
