Da Vinci Perpetual calendar cronograph 1990 - 1993

i'm italian and before of all i hope you can apologize me for my english, wrote is badder than spoken....
I'm new in this fantastic forum full of passion and knowledge.
I have a question for you, i found at my Dad home a da vinci watch like in the subject.
The case number is 2527... but at the center there is an other incision " Italien No .."
Someone can help me to understand the history of this watch.
