    Mutual respect ...

    ... is the main point for me as well. And that atmosphere is provided here. Thanks for that. Your contribution to that culture cannot be valued high enough. Though I'm sure that all the members here know how to behave well anyway. I really feel very well and comfortable here even if I'm not invited to a Collectors' Meeting.

    and less likely to express critisism....

    which is generally not well received.

    to me the issue is neither...

    outspokeness nor reticience, but rather intelligence and manner. Negative comments occur all the time, and the real question is quality.

    I find members here express criticism,,,

    ...all the time, and when it is constructively expressed it is well-received. People sometimes forget that they are guests in IWC's house.

    Thank you for your opinions.

    First opinions may change . . .

    . . . sometimes A LOT :=)
    As I wrote this was my FIRST impressions without having seen the watches in real or even having them in my hands. I can remember how people cried and how they missed the outer bezel of the GST divers watch when the new inner bezel came out :=)
    And making turnover with a "phantasy watch" like the St.Ex or the new gold diver is OK. I am sure I wouldn't miss this opportunity if I were GK :=)
    But this is only the opinion of a watch buyer and . . . what is more bad . . . a collector :=)
