    Firstly welcome to the forum.
    IW371438 has a pin buckle
    IW371447 has a deployment buckle.
These are the official numbers for ordering the respective watch strap and buckle as a set package.
As a tip, if you get the correct length strap for your wrist (long, medium or short)a deployment buckle helps to locate the watch better on your wrist, plus it is generally accepted that deployment buckles are kinder on straps than pin buckles, kinder as in the strap lasts longer, all other things being equal! Deployment buckle models will cost a bit more. Straps for deployment have different lengths than for pin buckle so are generally not interchangeable for the two buckles. Hope that's not too confusing for you.

Isn't there an IW371415 in rose gold, blue dial and brown crocodile? Is it limited?
    Thx!
