I joined this forum to show all my disappointment to IWC service.
I own many IWC watches (Portuguese Perpetual, Fat Inge 1832, Inge 500.000 a/m, Ocean 2000, Ocean 500) and now I will tell you my misadventure, in fact I show you a picture.
Look what the Richemont Italy official service center did at my Ocean 500 entrusted to it for a service......
They completely ruined the surface treatment
The difference is obvious.
To my complaints they replied that "....everything complies with IWC standards...."
There was no way to send the watch to Shaffausen.
I'm sorry and I think I'll sell all my IWC collection to address more serious brands.

I do not want anything to do with IWC anymore......
Not sure what ranting on a forum is going to do to help solve this issue.. Did you contact IWC and give them an opportuntity to make it right?
