I don't believe you can replace the original paperwork, but you can order an extract archive report for older watches.

Actually i wish to obtain the paperwork to certify the authencity of the watch , since the extract stated that only the watchmakers in Schaffhausen can confirm the authencity , is there any way i can send the watch there ? By the way , do you know what is the price of obtaining the extract archive report ?
Depends where you live but I would suggest that the easiest and best way is to return it to IWC via an authorised distributor (AD) .
Alternatively you could send it direct yourself via recorded postage. You may well have to complete some customs declarations to safeguard you against future charges when the watch is returned
