    Hello,
I was referred to this forum by a fellow collector.

I have a question about the first E Grade Pocket Watches. I received the current Antiquorum sales catalog and it has the E Grade listed with 17 jewels. I have another book that lists it with 20 jewels. Did they make this model with two different qualities?

    Thanks In Advance-

    Probably a printing mistake ..

.. as their online catalogue for the New York 10/11 December, Lot 196, lists an "E" grade with 20 jewels. I assume this is the auction you refer to.

By the way their listing that the watch, movement number 5822, was made around 1900 is also clearly incorrect.

    Cheers from the cellar
