Some of you know I am a big F1 fan, supporting the F1 Mercedes AMG Petronas team with Lewis Hamilton and Geroge Russell. I have a few nice IWC watches to go along in my F1 love, some of these were hard to find, had to chase them to get these in the collection.
Here are some pictures, you can see the carbon dials on two of them. I am happy to present them on an actual wing from the Mercedes F1 W04 from 2013.
Lewis had the wing on his car for 2 races.
You see the Ingenieur chrono in titanium, ref 379602 , limited to 250 pieces, with carbon dial and on the back an insert with carbon from the floor of Lewis his car.
Then I have the Ingenieur chrono in steel " Silberpfeil" limited to 1000 pieces with a specia turned dial, a reference to the dashboards of old racing cars ( was done to avoid reflection from the sun )
And then the Pilot chrono in ceramic, with carbon dial, made for the F1 team in a limited run of 50.
Any others have F1 related IWC watches ?
