Fair value for a pre-owned 3717-04

I am considering buying my first IWC watch. I am looking at several options, but would like some input on what the community thinks a fair retail value is for a 3717-04 Pilot. The watch is advertised from a reputable dealer as in mint condition. Thank you for your assistance.
