    After only two weeks of purchasing my BP TG Miramer i damaged the watch. i would like to congratulate my AD Elegance jewellers, in Johannesburg, and IWC for the fantastic service that i received in sending the watch back to Switzerland and then back to South Africa in a short time.We all tend to complain when we receive bad service, but forget to mention when we receive outstanding service. Thank you IWC and Elegance, you have a customer who will continue supporting you.

    Yes!I agree.But let's not forget the IWC service platforms in the respective countries. For me,the IWC service centre in Sydney, deserve a special mention.

    It's always good to hear of such experiences.

    One of the reasons we don't generally discuss SERVICE issues here, is because it's impossible to gauge without inspections etc. the exact cause and/or reason behind a particular issue. From time to time we do get people who want to vent frustrations (read: complain) and do so here. Typically, those posts are full of emotion and always one sided.

    It's nice to see Darryl, that you took the time to write up this compliment to IWC, their AD's and their Service Department.
