    Would you believe that those 12-watch boxes were gifts from IWC at the first (2002) collectors' meeting in Schaffhausen?

    I didn't now that, but in that case it was a great and very practical gift. The box is really nice and a great advantage is that it can hold larger watches without problem as Larry already wrote.

    @Alan: it just shows that we both have great taste ;-)

    @Martijn: it's a 3713

    MF those boxes were gifts, it would be nice to put all my bits and pieces in such a box. Wonder how much such a box would be today? Would be nice if they reintroduced them through ADs.

    [QUOTE="NorbertS"]Last week I finally got a new box to house my IWC watches. After years of putting them away in a cheap semi-leather box they now have the box they deserve. I'm really glad I was able to get one of these older leather IWC boxes in as new condition. Only problem is the amount of space left ;-)

    Wow Norbert!
    I've been looking for such a show case for a long time....with no success.. :-(!
    Lucky guy and fantastic collection.

    Best regards.

    Very nice way to display your collection..... Of course you have to wear them all constantly to keep them wound - unless you have a rather large winder! Where did you come by the box? From a dealer perhaps who was changing displays? I have such a box, but it is from Panerai - but my Black Portuguese 5001 looks just fine residing in it! Maybe you could even sneak something besides an IWC into the box? Of do you have separate boxes for each brand? LoL

    Home sweet home! Looks great! But how about winding up, you turn the whole box? :-))
