I was going to guess a Platinum

Vintage, but now I know that is wrong.

I don't know what it is, but I'm sure looking forward to seeing it!

    WOW!! Tourbillon Regulateur!!! No Jinxing.

I would go to Schaffhausen to fly that one home yourself.

    Very nice Michael.

    Well, whatever it is...

I know you will enjoy it. Waiting makes it even better. Looking forward to the actual pictures.
I am going to be in Chicago for a month. Maybe I can get to see it in person?

    Congratulations are in order

... especially for a new watch after a two-year break. Enjoy the watch in great health and times, Michael!

That would have been my guess too!

I still think it is but since we are aren't turning this into a contest (although one of those nice Boston to Schaffhausen bags would be a great prize).

No need to tamper with the mojo that preceeds the long-awated arrival of a new baby!

    Incredible!

I handled the tourbillion regulateur in the Las Vegas IWC boutique and it is an amazing watch. I'm coming to Chicago June 22-26; will you have it by then :>) ???
    Congratulations,

    Exactly my thoughts!

Stunning watch Michael and I think a simple picture won't do it! You have to fly in Nicky and have her make a video of it!

Kind regards and hang in there for the wait!

Richard, I would pick it up in Schaffhausen, but..

for the next two weekends I'm booked and I couldn't make it there until July 3.

By the way, next week I'm booked because I'm going to San Francisco and then L.A. on Saturday for the Jeff Kingston WatchTime presentations on the 2001 new models at Basel and SIHH. IWC is a sponsor and asked me to lend a hand. If you'll be in L.A. look for me; if you''d like to go, you may want to check with Errol.

    Regards,
    Michael

Dan, I won't have it until probably June 30

...but if you're in Chicago and have time to get together, drop me a line. I will out of town through the 23rd, and then leave again on the 27th.

    Regards,
    Michael

you're very welcome to see it in person...

I will have the same bodyguards with me that R.Kelly had at his trial.

Absolutely, drop me a line if you're in town.

    Regards,
    Michael
