    Hi IWC fans,
a few months back i posted on this forum to get some additional info regarding the old series of Aquatimer's, the 3548 and 3719. Those two are alongside 3538 are my favorite IWC models, and it took me about 9 months to find a decent one in great condition with all additional goodies.

So in the end i decided to extend a budget a little bit, and got a chrono version: the 3719.

Hope that you like the pictures.

    Thx for reading :)

Lovely watch and that bracelet is fantastic too and a bit more elegant than the new ones in my opinion.

    Regards,

    Tnx guys for your comments

    @BOB BUNNIK
Yes, i agree. Unlike the newer generation of Aquatimers, this 'older' one is so much versatile. Diving in the morning and dinner party at evening with a suit and tie with no problem. The only thing i wish it had is the dive extension. I will have to get a rubber strap for it so that it can fit over my dive suit.

    Stunning!

This is a classic (and in my opinion, one of IWC's nicest AT's produced.

As a diver, I just love that "wet shot" together with the mask on the pier.

Wear in good health and thanks for sharing.

Agree on the "wet shot". Could easily be used in advertising.

Nono, congrats and wear it in good health!

Thank you very much guys. Yes, that "wet" picture turned out ok, i was out and testing the legibility underwater. Can't wait for dive season to test it on real depth. After all, it's what is made for :)

    Two more, recent ones

Yes, this is one of my all-time-favorites! I still wear it (the titanium edition) every now-and-then.

I have always been a fan of titanium. I had my heart set on the titanium edition of this watch when I was making my purchase. However, upon examining the steel one in person, I instantly felt in love with it! the details, the polishing, the light reflected from the applied dials... wow. All these made my purchasing decision at that time extremely tough. I just set there in front of the salesman for an hour just staring at the watches, trying to make up my mind.

In the end I still picked the Titanium one. However, I have not forgotten this ever since. What a lovely and beautiful time-piece!

My Titanium Aquatimer (along with an old catalog) says hi:
