I'm considering getting one of the discontinued blue and orange Aquatimer Chrono, but I would really appreciate some of your input and valued opinions.
Thanks in advance!

I had this AT color combination very early in it's product life cycle, but I still considered it a "NY Mets" watch as orange & blue are that team's colors.
Being a lifelong NY Yankee fan I switched to the current white and blue colors version when it was released. The AT watch itself is a great piece we are only talking about colors. If you like it as I did go for it.
Just MHO.

PS Jeronimo, I'm not sure where you are located so I'll just say Mets and Yankees are USA baseball teams.

I'm European but I live mostly between southern Africa and the Far East, as you guessed don't know much about baseball. I already have an AT, and I think both your blue/white and the latest Cousteau are much more discreet and elegant, but I have quite a few discreet and elegant watches and the originality of the Blue/Orange has been appealing to me for a while.
If you like the orange go for it. Color is a matter of taste. The "Fanta" AT 2000 is another orange Aquatimer which attracts those who like an accent color.
I like that watch. If there was a lot more orange it might not appeal to me but what's there makes a nice accent. I don't think it's a watch that could be dressed up but as you note, you have other watches that are elegant.
Thank you, David.
When I bought my Black/Yellow AT I was actually pondering one of these, but they were already discontinued. These past few days when I found one new (old stock) with SS bracelet it just started another attack of our very well known virus! :-)
I was contemplating the new Inge AMG limited edition that you saw a couple of weeks ago, but I reckon that when I manage to get myself to a Boutique (probably in December) I'll hardly find one available... I also thought that, since next year we will likely see a few new Inges, I might as well wait and see.
Cheers!
