Glass caseback for Portuguese 3714

I love this watch but I would like to enjoy the inner workings more effortlessly. Is is possible to fit a glass caseback on this watch?

This has been discussed previously in this discussion here. Unfortunately IWC does not customize casebacks, and because this forum is non-commercial recommendations on after-market watchmakers are not permitted. If you do intend to do so, I would advise caution and perhaps checking with IWC Customer Service first - as they may not be willing to service the watch thereafter (whether under warranty or not) - just my suspicion.

There are actually Portuguese Chronograph 3712s and 3714s with existing glass casebacks. You may wish to consult this wonderful page found here.
