    Hi all,

New to this forum and IWC.I have a GST Chrono 3703 and the hour hand for the chrono (at 6 o'clock) keeps moving eventhough the chrono isn't engaged. Also, it is losing about an hour a day (perhaps related)?

Any ideas of what this could be before I send it in for service?

    Thank you.

2x Chrono in my collection, but this issue unknown

..it sounds like it needs a full service? How long have you had the watch?

I had the same issue with my Saint Exupéry Chrono

I just sent it in, and it got repaired. Not quite sure what it was, something slipping maybe. I suggest you do the same, and the "losing an hour a day" will be repaired too. After that repair your watch will be as new.

    Kind regards,
