How do I knos if this watch is authentic and worth purchasing?

Hi IWCSJIK,
The movement and case are undoubtedly authentic. Nevertheless, the dial is reprinted and in a very poor quality.
The IWC lettering has never been used and the small seconds scale is clearly too small.
The movement retaining screws are missing and the screw on the balance cock is properly tightened.
I do not know what the asking price is, but I am sure that much better examples can be found on the market.
