It's just a blue dial with a white question mark...or bendy hands. Don't think it's an IWC

It is a converted IWC pocket watch, for which the conversion and case were not done by IWC. It is called a "marriage".

A converted pocket watch is not really worth anything. This watch seems to have a movement that has been abused scratches everywhere) and the case looks to be of very poor quality (see all the pores on the back of the lugs). And a pocket watch is not suitable for wrist wear since it can not take the shocks that a wrist watch has to take.

I should keep away from watches like this.
