Help recognize this.

Hi,
This is my first Iwc watch, but I didn't find this watch's pics or model on the internet and official website. By the way, the guarantee card showed the model is IW371486. I would like to know why I can't find it on the internet? And is this watch genuine or fake? Thanks!

Never seen diamonds on the side, pushers and lugs. But the watch (case, dial) and even stap looks genuine to me. So, tough to tell though.....
