HELP - Watch Winder !

Hi, I own a Portofino Chrono 3910 that I wear often but intermittently. I've
therefore been thinking about the purchase of a good watch winder. Looking at
various supplier web sites ....... there seems to be some inconsistency about
the required TPD (Turns Per Day) and Winding Direction of my watch. I
therefore enquired at my local IWC Boutique (New Bond Street) who basically
told me that a) they get asked this question a lot and b) despite having
previously requested the information from IWC cannot get a clear answer! Is
there a knowledgeable Forum member out there who can provide an answer please?

I have to agree with Mark. Winders are not necessary.

I have a Portugieser Perpetual Calender and I'm looking for a watch-winder for
this.

I wear this watch only from time to time, so is necessary for me to have a
winder.

Any ideas about a good winder with battery?
