Didn't notice this until today. Recently picked up my new AT2000(White dial) on rubber strap.
Looked underneath the case insert that holds the watch and found in a small "cutout section" a tiny plastic bag with two pin-like tools.
Does anyone know what these are for?
Also is there a link to see what strap/bracelet options are available for this model?

They are to interchange from rubber strap to bracelet.
One goes in the lug hole pushing the bar out and the other presses the hole on the inside of the strap/bracelet to release it.
Andy - as often stated here "a picture says more than a thousand words". However, I am not an owvner of any AT (yet :-)) but if I can venture a guess I would say they could be two extra strap-pins. You know the ones that fix the strap to the case?
Several of my other non-IWC watches have come with two to ten extra such pins.
I'm sure some of our AT 2000 owners will provide us with the correct answer if I am wrong :-)
I think this advice is good for the old models of the GST Aquatimer but the new model has the quick release mechanism IWC licensed from Cartier.

with the new AT2000, you don't need that tool for swapping between bracelet and rubber strap.
The tool should be for adjusting the length (ie, removing/adding the links) of the bracelet. The shop probably gave them to you by mistake.
But yes, that little space is for storing the tool. A shop showed it to me once the first time I got an IWC with a bracelet.
My wife bought a JLC and they filled out the guarantee, boxed the watch and when we got home it was the wrong box model no and guarantee card for the chosen watch. Same AD is my IWC supplier.
Do the numbers (model/serial)on the box match the watch?
THe AT 2000 does indeed come with the two tools. As mentioned, they are for removing or adding links to the SS Bracelet. I am a klutz with this kind of thing, but it did it for mine and it is very easy to do.
You don't need them to interchange a bracelet and rubber strap. The quick release feature takes care of that for you....also very easy to do.

Thanks for the info and to all the members that responded. As you mentioned, the AT2000 comes with these tools. The outer (cardboard ) box label matches the watch model.
Question...Did you also get yours on a strap when you purchased it? Or are the tools supplied only with a braclet model. That would then indicate that the case insert I received might have been packaged at the factory in error or the AD incorrectly put a braclet insert in my box.
Don't get me wrong...I'm happy to have them for future use should I decide on a braclet down the road, but I was also curious if you purchase a braclet by itself, are tools supplied ?
Finally...do these tools work on any IWC braclet or just the AT? I have a Mark XVI that I was thinking of getting a braclet for.

The tools should work on any IWC bracelet used over the last 25 years or so.
When I bought my UTC with leather strap, I red in the instructions book that IWC put in the box the tool for the bracelet in the small compartment that in my case was empty. As my watch had a leather strap, I guess that the tool only came with the bracelet watch. Two months later, I bought from the same AD a Pilot Chrono with a bracelet, and the tool was missed too, so I make the claim to the AD, and the plastic transparent envelope with the two tools appear. The question is:Does IWC include with any watch with bracelet the tools? If the answer is yes, I may suspect that the AD keep the tools for its own use, something that seems not to be a good commercial practice at all.
