How to Spot a Fake IWC Watch

From  what I can see, it looks good. 

1. Does it have the box and all the papers?
2. Why do you suspect the authenticity?

Are you sure you bought that watch preowned without being sure about its authenticity?

A friend of mine needs help and sold this to me without box and paper. So its genuine right?

Get the box and papers from your friend. 
Find out where he bought it from. Maybe he got it from a friend or an uncle!
If the deal seems too good to be true, well, it probably is too good to be true. 

According to him, he got it as a gift from his uncle. That is an expensive gift if its a gen.

You've got an image from the backside as well?

If these are your pictures, they are not good enough to judge anything, but those hands are wrong. 
If these are from the seller, he is obscuring them on purpose.........

whats your take on this 377714? I have hard time to find good tails for the reps. Got it from chrono24, maybe im paranoid but something feel fishy. Appreciate all inputs.

Edit: what disturbs me most is the gap between the lug and strap and the warranty is missing infromtion about the Authorised Agent, the signature and official stamp.
