Huge IWC box identification...

Trying to find information about this IWC box and although I can find an old
thread here on the IWC forum when googling; for some reason I cannot read it.
Do you know what watch came with this box?

In the old thread you were likely referring to, the poster stated that his AD
gave him this special box as a surprise. The watch he purchased was a
Portuguese 7 Day Automatic, ref IW5001-07. The Portuguese line makes sense
considering that there are nautical gauges contained in that box, namely a
hygrometer, barometer, and thermometer. Other folks chimed in stating that
they never received such a box with their purchases. It seems like the box
might be pretty rare.
