sorry to say but this watch seems to be a fake for me.
I could be wrong but I am quite sure. Have you ever openened the watch?

They are trying to sell it to me.but I'm not sure of its real. Any idea what I should check for.

It's definitely a fake! Don't touch it. IWC has never produced something like this. A regulateur will never have hour and minute hands together.

And the back (shoes a foto of the movement with 7 days power reserve) does´n match to the dial.
