I recently inherited an IWC watch. However, I know nothing about this specific sample or IWC as a producer.
To me this seems to be a gold watch. The movement number is 659059 H6. There is also another number there +55231. The case number is 722863.

If anyone can give me some information about this model I would appreciate it. Regarding assurance, what can this be worth?
I tried to attach some photos, but did not succeed.
PS. What is this "reset" button on top of the watch doing there? DS
