IW376403 or IW376421

    Brought a IWC watch during my last Dec 2012 trip to Europe... The sales told me the watch is a IWC376421, even the warranty card is written IW376421... Recently, read more on the 3764 series and discover that I was given the IW376403... Understand that 376403 is already obselete long time ago, how come the IWC boutique still carries the obselete model? I didn't buy from parallel importer but from the IWC boutique(price paid was for the 376421) and this can happen!! :-(

    Odd. Does the serial number written/printed on your warranty card matches with that of your watch?

    Hi,

    Yes, the warranty card matches my watch serial number... but the Article no. is written as IW376421...

    Two questions:

    1. Why are you so sure the watch is a IW376403?

    2. Why not just call the boutique and work it out with them?

    I wrote to IWC and get them to check using my watch serial number... My first IWC watch and very disappointed to have such bad experience...
