Hi Ansg12,
looks OK from far. Script seems authentic, embossed indexes no discoloration on the side, minute dots also OK.
However,
Swiss logo missing ? Looks to good to be 60 years old.

Yes no "Swiss" logo ... Is this normal?
Also My doubt was the 2 lines under "Co"
Isnt usual Just One line? 🤔
What period does It seems to you?
This Is the condition of the movement
Thank you a lot!
Hi Ansg12,
nice Caliber 89 from about 1949 (Movement Number is hard to read)
The Movement has been worked on, but overall condition looks good.
Some staining on the ratchet wheel.
2 Lines under CO is correct

The absence of "Swiss" Is correct according to you?
Movement is 116xxxx
Hi Ansg12,
the swiss imprint might be covered by the outer part of the glass.
if movement number starts with 116 then movemnt made in 1948.
The first image shows some patina on the dial, so i would go with original. Would need to see the watch in reality to give a better comment.

Swiss seems to be missing ☹️
Yeah the seller confirmed.. no Swiss in the Dial
I dont really know If its normal or not. I saw Iwc 89 without Swiss but I dont Know if this ref. Should have Swiss mark
Hi Ansg12,
Overall looks good. Authentic script, embossed indexes, and no discoloration on the side. Minute dots are also fine.
But,
Is the Swiss logo missing? It seems too pristine for a 60-year-old piece.
Yeah Swiss logo Is missing. Could be a redial at this point?
Pretty strange a 60s watch is so clean I agreed...
But I dont know becouse many dial doesnt have Swiss logo... Could be possible they changed movement and put in a newer Dial/case?
Thank you for your help
Hello ans...what makes you think the watch is so clean?
'No swiss' will not determine if the dial is original or not, a no swiss dial in this 11** period is not a great shock...though hypothetically it could be a redial ( its not) copied faithfully from an original no swiss and then of course it would be a redial...the swiss is not the governor so to speak, the dial is, its original but not top pay grade.
Ok tank you very much for the answer and your help.
Would be fair 1800 $ for this watch according to you?
