IWC Big Pilot crystal replacement cost?

Does anyone know the cost to replace a crystal on a Big Pilot Perpetual Calendar?

Not exactly, but I had it replaced for a Pilot and Portuguese Automatic in the 200-300 euro range, so I guess somewhere (on the high end) in that range?!
