Stopped at my AD earlier today and was looking at this catalogue. Unfortunately they had just one issue and couldn't give it to me. Any advice where I could be able to get/buy it ?

ConnoisseurI think I might have a spare one. In the middle of moving though, so it should be in a box with other books and watch stuff. Will have a look next week and let you know if I find it
