MasterApparently this has been put on the shelf as it didn't receive enough positive feedback from a group of testers.

The launch of IWC Connect had originally been planned for autumn 2016. However, an intensive trial stage and testing period with watch collectors revealed that the initial version of the device was not yet in line with the high quality requirements. IWC is working on a new version as a result. A decision regarding the plan of action for the market launch will be made at a later point in time.
