Today, I went past my AD to pick a watch, and was told by the counter staff, that the in-house watchmaker had asked to speak to me.
Generally when that happens (fortunately not to often) it means trouble and/or issues of some sort on one of my watches in for routine service.
So up I went to the atelier, to be confronted by a happy and smiling Jeroen Blonk, who had just returned from official training in Schaffhausen and sporting his certification.
It's good to see that IWC are investing in their service levels via local AD's as well (even if Richmond maintain a major service center in the Benelux)
