IWC Mark XII Minute & Hour hands are same as IWC 3741 Flieger?

Hi, 

I have an IWC Mark XII watch with Superluminova hands. I also have the original Tritium hands but they were scratched in storage by rubbing against each other. 

I wanted to check if someone knows the exact measurments of the IWC Mark XII minute & hour hands and if they are the same as the IWC 3741 Flieger? 

Another question - is there any way to remove scratces from my origianl tritium hands?

The IWC Mark XII hands are not identical to the IWC 3741 Flieger; they differ in length and shape to fit each model’s dial and movement. Minor scratches on original Tritium hands are difficult to remove without risking damage, so professional restoration or careful replacement is recommended rather than DIY polishing.
