    Hi,
    23643 is a Elgin II 19lig. Pallw.(1987) and so is 17847 (1886). Both are likely cal.42

    Hi,
if there is a possibility only IWC could help. But I am afraid there are no spare parts available. The watch is too old. But I would write IWC a mail and ask them.
    Good luck!

Generally IWC doesn't sell spare parts, especially on rare and old movements. To the extent that the parts are in inventory, IWC needs them for, and uses them for, repairs and overhauls that are done by IWC. In addition, many parts can be fabricated, but the cost of doing so is frequently prohibitive.
