    Hello,
I finally bought a watch I wanted since many years.

The deployant bukkle is well placed under my wirst and is confortable.
(It is put on the 3rd hole from near the 12).

I have quite small wirsts (around 16.5-17cm) and I found the strap is comming near the 6 (1cm away).

Should I exchange with an XS strap ? I don't know if it is appopriate to wear it like that or the tail should be less longer and end near the bucckle. I don't how it should be worn.

I thank you very much for your advices,

    Have a very nice day,

Congratulations on your Portuguese chronograph! If the strap fits comfortably it may not be worth trying to fix. The strap is available in a smaller size, but I am not sure if both sides of the strap would be shorter. If so, this may affect the position of the deployant clasp. If your strap is still in new condition, your dealer may be willing to swap it out for you for a small size strap. If your dealer has a small strap in stock, it would be worth asking to try it out on your watch to see how it feels. Best of luck to you.

My wrist is 16.6cms and all my IWC models are XS factory straps. Good fit with deployant models.

Thank you ! I'm going to keep it with standard size. I'll go to ABP in Paris to make one tailored when I will need to change it. It is confortable for now and I like the say it looks with the long strap.
Thank you once again for sharing your story. Do you have a picture to see where the strap ends ?
